Llanfairfechan Art Week is a major new arts festival in North Wales taking place this August. The week will be a celebration of all creative arts including visual arts, literature, music, dance, film, photography, and crafts. Workshops, demonstrations, performances, talks, an art trail, and an "open to all comers" al frenzy painting day will take place at venues around Llanfairfechan.

This is the first time that we have staged this bilingual event, and it is already being described as a mini Eisteddfod.

If it is the success that we have every reason to believe that it will be, it will become an annual event that will grow and grow, giving artists in the region an opportunity to show their work to the growing number of tourists visiting the area.

Llanfairfechan is a beautiful seaside town that extends up into the Carneddau mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia).
